All stock items are shipped within 2 - 5 business days after payment has been made.

If any items are not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

For all furniture items, lead time is 6 - 8 weeks as these items are hand crafted in the UK and are made to your order.

Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

We are now shipping to most countries, shipping cost for your country will be provided at the Check Out.

If your country is not listed, please email studio@kittymccall.com with the items you are purchasing, delivery address and contact details. We will get back to you with a shipping cost.

We are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes or BPFO addresses. We do not ship to hotel or forwarding company addresses.

IMPORT DUTIES
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Kitty McCall cannot be held responsible for these charges.
