Item was badly damaged upon arrival. Just a print rolled in a box that was smashed in transit. No tube or anything to protect the actual print. Emailed about damaged item and did not receive a response
I’m so sorry your print arrived in this condition, and that you didn’t receive a response to your original email. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I arranged a replacement and raised the damage with both production and the courier. I really hope your replacement arrives safely and that you love it.
